Welcome to the web pages of the Ashcombe Dorkinian Association which exists to
bring together present and past members of the Ashcombe School, the Dorking
County Grammar School, the Mowbray Secondary School and the Dorking High School.
We aim to serve all the members of all these schools of all ages. We have warm
relations with the current School, with an annual Bursary Award to a leaving
student. We have our AGM in the current Ashcombe Resource Centre which in
earlier days was the old School Hall. If you are currently at Ashcombe School,
we invite your interest for later years and to maintain friendships that last a
lifetime. We invite older members to share their experience in careers and
training with younger members. We welcome questions from these latter that
others may be able to answer. We welcome contributions from all to share and
display here. These pages may then give opportunities for many to share, a
resource to which some may contribute and others derive benefit.
